We can hire bar counters, bar fridges and even bar stock from draught products to spirits and wines!
We can supply full bar glassware or even plastics - especially good if you have a campsite. For a full range of glassware please see our weddings and events page.
Furthermore, we can provide full cash bars; We provide the licence, the stock, the glassware, the bar and the staff. Just ask for the option that is best suited for you.
Bar Services
Option 1:
Dry Hire of Bar
Client hires bar front and two double undercounter bar fridges - £250.00 + vat & delivery fee.
Client provides all drinks and drinks service.
Client can also hire glasswear, cocktail machine and any other ancillary items that they may need to run the bar, including barrel stock and equipment to dispense barrels.
Option 2:
Licenced Cash Bar
Western Event Hire will provide bar and fridges, staff, all stock, float and licence, as well as all glasswear. Western Event Hire will keep all proceeds from the bar. There is no charge to the client for this service but in return the client can only provide guests with one free drink on arrival and 1/2 bottle of wine per person during the meal, and one toast drink for speeches. Alternatively these drinks can also be arranged with Western Event Hire.
